Haugen Handgun Leather fully appreciates your valued business and we trust you will appreciate the quality of the products you receive.  We do not stock holsters.  Each holster is handmade and takes several steps in the process of completing your order.  No production line holster can compare in quality and craftsmanship to a custom made holster.

Depending on our current workload, our average year round turn around time as some refer it as is 6 to 10 weeks.  We do have increases in the waiting time often; this is especially true following magazine articles featuring one or more of our holsters, or during the Christmas Season.  Other holster makers of equal popularity, craftsmanship, and quality are similarly backlogged, often times as much (and more) than we are.

Backlogs sometimes can be very difficult to estimate depending upon the volume of orders we receive each week. So if you read our average backlog is 6 to 10 weeks, this isn’t written in stone when you order from us.  If backlogs are an issue, please email us before ordering.  

I know it is difficult to wait for something this important; however I ask our customers to please refrain from phoning in order status checks.  These types of phone calls and their frequency per day cause the loss of valuable work time and do greatly contribute to our backlog.  We will not return order status phone calls left on our answering machine; we will answer emails only because of the length of time it requires to look up customer orders.

We frequently receive comments from our long-time customers of many years that our holsters are well worth the wait, and you will receive a fine quality holster for your valuable pistol or revolver.
